ST. LOUIS, Aug. 2, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- For anyone who wants to try the latest fitness classes -- without the pressure to join a club or buy a pass -- the new 40,000 sq. ft. Wellbridge Athletic Club & Spa in the heart Clayton has organized a Fitness Palooza on Saturday, August 24th from 9 AM - 12 noon. The end-of-summer fitness bash will consist of four, 30-minute classes, led by Wellbridge certified instructors, a live DJ and will be supported by dozens of Clayton businesses on the green space connected to the Centene Tower across from Capital Grille.
According to Wellbridge General Manager Azeza Tessereau, "Our goal is simple...we want to inspire a more active lifestyle and that means exposing active and fit-curious people with new formats, programs and instructors with no barriers to participation. Having people see this as they drive down the street, stop as they are out for their morning walk, or join a friend who is signed up is about as fun and low pressure as it gets. Importantly, we hope people get motivated for the upcoming Pedal the Cause ride in September, a future 5K, or for kicking off fall 2019 with a new exercise regimen."
Despite being outside, space is limited so Wellbridge asks everyone to sign-up at stlpalooza.motionvibe.com. All participants will be served FREE healthy snacks, entertained by DJ Beezie, and given a SwagBag consisting of a ticket to a 2020 Surge game and offers from Wellbridge (FREE 3-Day pass), Athleta, Kaldi's Coffee, Blown Away, Dimvaloo, Breakout Bar, The Joint and St. Louis Magazine. Participants are encouraged to make a donation to the Clayton Fire Department which will go to Muscular Dystrophy.

CXWORX by Les Mills: Starts promptly at 10:30 AM, taught by Johna & Lo
A 30-minute core training workout that delivers quick results for all fitness levels. Exercising muscles around the core, CXWORX provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all the things they do.
Not Your Momma's Yoga: Starts promptly at 11:00 AM, taught by Brent & Regina
Prepare your mind & body to embrace change, sweat and take your practice to the edge! Expect a well-rounded solid 30-minute practice to help you feel re-energized and rejuvenated.
No preparation or equipment is needed for participants, but organizers encourage participants to bring a towel.
