The just-launched KLAFS USA website is the starting point for anyone seeking to replicate and build an at-home wellness sanctuary that rivals the quality of spa and wellness experiences found in 5-star hotels and resorts across the globe.

With Google searches for “home sauna” up 73% YOY and searches for “luxury sauna” doubling post-pandemic, it’s clear that US consumers are ready to embrace sauna bathing into their home lives.
“Before COVID struck, residential inquiries were growing steadily, but, after the reality hit that it might be a very long time before people could go back to their local spa or club for sauna or steam experiences, we were inundated with homeowners and builders looking for hydrothermal solutions to complement and enhance their luxury residential properties,” said Matthew Williamson, Design for Leisure’s COO.

Borso is leading the KLAFS USA Wellness at Home division, tapping into his nearly 20 years of experience selling and distributing premium European products to retailers serving luxury homeowners. Borso previously served as North American sales manager for Calligaris USA, the US subsidiary of the Italian contemporary furnishing brand.
