The integrated solution connects the Citus Health solution with WellSky's CareTend and CPR+ solutions, enabling seamless data and document sharing between technologies. The engagement module also dramatically reduces time and effort spent using traditional engagement and follow-up methods by automating manual processes with digital workflows, secure forms, and electronic signatures, which facilitates patient assessments, supply inventory requests, assignment of benefits, nursing notes, and more. The engagement module helps providers communicate with patients more efficiently and improve delivery of care.
