WeSellCellular sources its untested stock through its partnership with Brightstar. All untested devices available follow Brightstar's global cosmetic grading standards. While the stock is not formally tested for full functionality, untested products have an expected fully functional yield between 70 and 80 percent. Buyers should be aware that this anticipated functionality yield is not guaranteed.

While functional yield is not guaranteed, Brightstar certifies a variety of features. All items are guaranteed to have:
- The ability to power on
- No cracks, faults, heavy burns, and pixel/LCD damage (apart from mild screen discoloration)
- No activation locks, screen locks, pin locks, passcode locks, financial locks, or bad ESNs
