West Monroe Partners Collects 26 Awards in 2018 for Its People-First Company Culture

Each of the firm’s nine offices across the United States hosted a breakfast celebration on Friday to demonstrate solidarity and appreciation for each other’s efforts and results in 2018.
Each year, West Monroe wins a number of workplace awards for its company culture. In 2018, distinctions spanned national awards, such as the Best Places to Work for Millennials, to local awards, such as Washington’s Best Places to Work, to individual honors, such as the Women Leaders in Consulting award, this year bestowed upon Jodi Bednar, a director in West Monroe’s Energy & Utilities practice.
