West Monroe Partners Named One of San Francisco Bay Area’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For®

This was the first year the San Francisco office was eligible to participate in the program, which recognizes companies that excel at employee relations, use innovation to motivate employees, and implement creative compensation programs.
An independent research firm utilized each company’s entry along with an anonymous employee-driven survey to determine the winners. Key measures included compensation, benefits and employee solutions; employee enrichment, engagement and retention; employee education and development; recruitment, selection and orientation; employee achievement and recognition; communication and shared vision; diversity and inclusion; work-life balance; community initiatives; and strategic company performance.
