WESTPORT, Conn., Aug. 22, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- On June 5, 2019, Bootstrap Capital LLC and Steve Hartsuff completed the acquisition of Torres Advanced Enterprise Solutions, LLC (TAES), a global security, cyber security, information technology and software consulting firm headquartered in Washington, DC, in an all-cash transaction. Westbury Group LLC acted as the exclusive financial advisor to TAES. Westbury worked closely with the owner of TAES, providing strategic advice, managing the preparation of information materials, soliciting and evaluating offers, negotiating terms and coordinating due diligence. It also worked closely with the company's legal advisor, Vandeventer Black LLP, in negotiating the purchase agreement and related documents.
The deal was led by Westbury bankers Alan Carter and Patrick Huddie, who focus on government services transactions.
