Weston S. Montrose, an Arizona certified workers’ compensation attorney, will speak during a seminar presented by the National Business Institute (NBI) in June 2020. Montrose’s long career spans not only specializing in workers’ compensation, but also time spent as a trial attorney in civil and criminal litigation (jury and non-jury trials), arbitrations, and mediations. He is a co-founding attorney of the Arizona Injury Law Group, PLLC and is a top workers compensation attorney in Phoenix AZ.

Montrose, as a former staff attorney, worked at the Industrial Commission of Arizona (ICA), where he handled workers’ compensation claims and oversaw OSHA-related prosecutions. He also provided legal advice to the ICA administration when needed.
