Horizon Composer lets enterprises configure care under their own brands. Wheel also launches Pathway by Wheel, its longevity care business built on Horizon.
AUSTIN, Texas, Oct. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Wheel, the enterprise care orchestration company, today expanded its Horizon™ platform to help enterprises turn health information into connected care under their own brands. The announcement also introduces Horizon Composer, a visual workspace for configuring care, and marks the launch of Pathway by Wheel.
Healthcare starts everywhere: a wearable signal, an AI conversation, a lab result. New companies, care programs, and AI are expanding access. But more options can still leave patients connecting the steps themselves. Patients should be able to choose their care without having to coordinate it.
Wheel addresses this gap through care orchestration, combining each enterprise's customer relationships, health information, services, and partners with Wheel's care delivery, technology, and operations. Care is configured around the enterprise's brand, population, and care model. Enterprises can add Urgent & Everyday Care, Cardiometabolic Care, Advanced Primary Care, or Longevity Care through Pathway by Wheel. Horizon coordinates visits, prescriptions, referrals, and follow-up around each person's needs.
"We began by expanding access through virtual care," said Michelle Davey, Founder and CEO of Wheel. "Years of delivering care for enterprises at scale taught us how to make care work across different clinical programs, reimbursement models, systems, and partners. That experience shaped Horizon. Now we can connect the information and services enterprises already have to care that's personalized for each patient, and keep each step connected over time."
Through more than 9 million completed patient visits across 100 treatment areas, Wheel has learned what it takes to keep care connected and moving.
Horizon: Built through care. Built for what's next.
Horizon, Wheel's Clinical Action Layer, puts that operating experience to work across care delivery, treatment access, and follow-up.
Someone concerned about a trend in their wearable data can move from reviewing that information to connecting with a clinician through the company's health experience. They can review available visit prices, and the clinician considers their history, goals, and preferences to determine the next step, which may include lab tests. Results can inform a treatment plan, medication access through a connected pharmacy, and follow-up care. Available medication prices help inform treatment decisions along the way. With appropriate permissions and integrations, structured encounter information and available outcome data return to the enterprise to support ongoing care and help improve its healthcare experience over time.
Horizon's AI organizes patient information and coordinates routine work. Its Clinical Assistant brings together available health history and enterprise-provided patient summaries to help clinicians understand the person and deliver care consistent with the program's care model. Clinicians make the diagnosis and treatment decisions.
Horizon Composer: Configuring care around the enterprise
Horizon supports more than 2.1 billion possible care configurations. That flexibility lets enterprises create distinct care experiences across brands, populations, and clinical needs.
Enterprise teams work with Wheel's forward-deployed engineers in Horizon Composer to configure care around their populations, clinical requirements, services, and partners. They can combine Wheel's care delivery and integrated services with their own capabilities. Composer configures the program; Horizon coordinates delivery.
"Composer is where enterprises make Horizon their own," said Michelle Monaco, Chief Product Officer at Wheel. "Configurations that once required code can now be changed through a visual interface in minutes. Teams can add care programs, connect services, and A/B test experiences over time."
Pathway by Wheel: Connected longevity care
Pathway is Wheel's longevity care business, built on Horizon. It gives companies responding to demand for healthier aging the clinical structure and operations to offer care to their members, patients, and customers under their own brands. Pathway connects clinical evaluation, appropriate treatment, monitoring, and follow-up within the enterprise's customer experience.
Care begins with Longevity Foundation, a clinical assessment that brings together diagnostics, health history, individual goals, and a clinician evaluation. That baseline guides a personalized plan for lifestyle changes, nutrition, and treatment when appropriate. Patients and clinicians choose next steps across seven connected care programs, including Sleep and Recovery, Skin & Dermal, Cognitive Health, Hormone & Vitality, and Metabolic Health.
Pathway illustrates how enterprises can build a distinct care business on Horizon using Wheel's existing technology, clinical delivery, and operations.
Recent appointments of Allon Mordel, MD, as Chief Medical Officer and Marisa Smith as Senior Vice President of Operations support this expansion. Wheel's refreshed brand and website reflect its evolution.
