Kenneth Moore releases 'Bounded Rationality The Encryption: Humanity's Death Wish Comes Close to Fulfilment'
CHRISTCHURCH, New Zealand, Sept. 2, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Kenneth Moore announces his entry into the publishing scene with the release of "Bounded Rationality The Encryption: Humanity's Death Wish Comes Close to Fulfilment" (published by Xlibris NZ), a science fiction novel with a twist.
The year is 2025, a gathering of distinguished scientists convene to celebrate the last-gasp signals of the old, but fabled space probe Voyager 1. On its last legs, all remaining energy is doomed to run out, with the party on earth about to shut down communication, for good. Suddenly, in a very last minute radio transmission, Voyager 1 signals mysterious activity interrupting its supposedly uneventful flightpath. Was it external interference? A malfunction? Or was it something more?
A struggle to find a plausible explanation ensues, with suppressed information slowly slipping through the cracks while unbeknownst to humanity, whatever it was, had already set a course for Earth. As a chain of events unfolds, humanity's ability to produce a cohesive response is unwittingly corrupted, with only then, the true challenge beginning to emerge- is humanity, in fact, its own worst enemy?
"I basically aspired to stay truthful to the bounds of scientific knowledge – creating a realistic and compelling sci-fi story, within the authentic laws of the universe as we know it today. This gives the book something of an authentic scientific flavor. Above all, it will whet the reader's intense curiosity of how would we react realistically upon meeting extraterrestrials for the first time. And how plausible can we overcome the potential communication barriers," Moore says. When asked what he wants readers to take away from the book, he answers, "For them to be in a meditative and possibly speculative mindset."
