About Amazon Key for Business:
Amazon Key for Business is a smart fob for drivers that enables contactless delivery of Amazon packages to residential properties. The technology allows residential building owners and managers to give controlled access to delivery drivers to drop off Amazon packages to their residents, and eliminate the need for building staff to manually give access to drivers each time deliveries are made. When making a delivery to your building, Amazon drivers will request entry to the building via the Amazon delivery app, which will provide time-bound access after validating the driver’s ID, route, GPS location, and time of request. Then drivers will follow step-by-step delivery instructions, provided by you, that guide them to leave packages in the location of your choice. Amazon’s broad delivery window means packages can arrive almost anytime throughout the day or evening, every single day. But with Key for Business, you’ll spend less time managing those packages, and more time getting other things done.
