Agents named to the list represent the top 1.49 percent of all real estate professionals in the nation

STAMFORD, Conn., June 15, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- williampitt.com announced today that a record 65 agents and eight teams were ranked in the 2022 REAL Trends list of "America's Best" real estate professionals. REAL Trends, one of the most trusted sources of news, analysis and information in residential real estate, partnered with real estate training company Tom Ferry International to release this year's ranking of top performing agents in each state.

The list's categories include individuals by sales volume, individuals by transaction sides, teams by sales volume and teams by transaction sides. The ranking is based on performance in 2021. According to REAL Trends, agents named to the list represent the top 1.49 percent of all real estate professionals in the nation.

In the individuals by volume category, 64 agents in New York, Connecticut and Massachusetts were honored, while 9 of the same agents and one additional agent appeared in the individuals by transaction sides category, for a total of 10 in that ranking and 65 total individual agents overall. The teams by volume category included eight teams from the company, with three of the teams also named in the teams by transaction sides category.
