Festivalgoers can enjoy the William Mattar Seating Pavilion located between 2nd and 3rd base. Buffalo Wing Fest has grown to an event that draws over 50,000 people from all over the country and from dozens of nations around the world. Open from 12-9pm on Saturday,, September 1st and from 12-7pm on Sunday, September 2nd, this year’s festival is packed with fun events for the entire family. Enjoy the Amateur Creative Sauce-Off, Amateur Wing Eating Championship, the Dennis George Quizmaster Show, Baby Wing Costume Parade, Bobbling for Wings, XXX Hot Wing Eating Contest, U.S. Wing Eating Championship, and most importantly, sample wings & other great eats from some of the best restaurants locally and nationally.
The firm will also be sponsoring and hosting the Baby Wing Costume Parade at 1pm on Sunday, September 2nd. Children dressed in Buffalo-themed attire or costumes will get a chance to stroll across the stage and share their Buffalo Wing spirit! William Mattar and staff will emcee the event along with Dennis ‘The Quizmaster’ George.
This annual event is held Labor Day Weekend at downtown Buffalo’s Coca-Cola Field, located at 275 Washington Street. Only $5 admission per day, children 8 and under are free.
