BOSTON, Oct. 3, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- WilliamsMarston LLC today announced the appointment of Simon Kho as its Chief Talent Officer, effective immediately. With offices in Boston and New York, Mr. Kho will be responsible for all recruiting, retention, and human resource functions while driving the overall talent management strategy for the firm. His initial areas of focus will include building an in-house recruiting function, implementing a robust performance development program and driving growth into new geographic markets.

A brief description of Mr. Kho's background follows:
Prior to joining WilliamsMarston LLC, Mr. Kho was the Global Head of Investment Banking Campus Recruiting for JPMorgan based in New York, overseeing the attraction, selection and development of professional talent across the organization. He also served as a Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition for Heidrick & Struggles, as well as the National Director for US University Relations at BP.
Mr. Kho began his career at KPMG where he worked for almost 12 years, serving in multiple roles in the recruiting organization. He began his career in Boston, MA and then moved to Chicago, IL, where he held roles as the Midwest Director of University Relations and Director of National Student Programs and Global Initiatives. Simon also served with KPMG International as the Director of Global Recruitment, based in Toronto, Ontario, where he collaborated with KPMG's international network to ensure successful recruitment and resourcing within and across the 150-member firms.
Mr. Kho has been a presenter at professional conferences, including NACE and NAFSA, and served as the Chairman of the Employers' Advisory Board to ENACTUS (formerly known as SIFE). He holds a Bachelor of Science in psychology and theology from Boston College and a Master of Science degree in counseling and personnel service from Fordham University.
