“Since joining the firm, both Tom and Aneesah have demonstrated professional excellence and outstanding leadership and client management,” said Managing Partner Deborah R. Willig. “I look forward to their continued advocacy as they represent workers in labor union and family matters.”

An experienced labor law attorney, Gribbin focuses his practice on representing private and public sector labor unions and individual employees. Included among his clients are police, firefighters and correctional officers. He regularly advocates for clients in grievance and interest arbitrations, mediation, administrative proceedings and before state and federal courts.

He has a long history of representing clients before the Philadelphia Civil Service Commission and the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). He also appears before the Public Employment Relations Commission in New Jersey and the Public Employment Relations Board in Delaware—state equivalents of the NLRB—as well as the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board.

In addition to his law practice, Gribbin serves as deputy mayor and councilman of Hammonton, New Jersey. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Villanova University and a law degree from Duquesne University School of Law.

El-Amin-Jaamia focuses her practice on family law. An associate with the legal services practice group at Willig, Williams & Davidson since 2007, she guides clients through divorce, support, custody, equitable distribution of property, adoption and domestic violence matters.

Clients have praised her competence, compassion and clarity. She works most frequently in Philadelphia and the surrounding five-county area as well as in South Jersey. Before joining the firm, El-Amin-Jaamia clerked for the Honorable Susan F. Maven, Superior Court of New Jersey.

She holds a bachelor’s degree from Temple University and later went on to achieve her law degree at Temple University’s James E. Beasley School of Law.
