Johan Aurik is Global Managing Partner Emeritus at A.T. Kearney where he served as Global Managing Partner and Chairman of the Board from 2013 to 2018. Under his leadership, the firm significantly grew its revenues and performance, expanded its presence to over 60 offices in 40 countries, strengthened its capabilities in digital, operations and transformation services, and launched an award-winning talent development program.

Johan has held several senior roles at A.T. Kearney over the last 30 years, including having served as a member of the firm's board of directors and the senior operating team, co-led the firm's consumer industries and retail practice, and led A.T. Kearney's operations in Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Johan is a passionate speaker and author on the impact of digital change on business and society. He is co-author of two books — The Future of Strategy (McGraw-Hill, 2015) and Rebuilding the Corporate Genome (Wiley, 2002) — and is currently working on a third.

A native of the Netherlands, Johan has lived and worked across Europe and North America for most of his life.  He currently lives with his family in London.
