Walser and Michael "Mike" Bracchi announced today the formation of the Florida Probate Law Firm, PLLC, a new law firm dedicated to providing probate administration throughout the state of Florida. The law firm's main office is located in Boca Raton, FL, but the firm will provide probate/estate administration services to families in all 67 counties across the state of Florida.

Probate administration is the legal process involved in transferring an inheritance, which occurs when someone dies with assets titled in their sole name. The probate process involves identifying the assets of a deceased person, paying off any debts, and distributing the remaining assets to any beneficiaries. In Florida, probate can be a complicated process, supervised by the circuit court and often requiring an attorney.

"We will also have a significant commitment to pro bono cases" he stated. Bracchi has been in the news recently as he was elected as Commissioner of the City of Wilton Manors in November 2020.
Walser obtained a Bachelors in Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance from the University of Miami and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the New York University School of Law in 2013. He is licensed to practice as an attorney in Florida, New York, New Jersey and Washington D.C. Walser previously worked in the wealth strategy department of US Trust, Bank of America's Private Wealth Management subsidiary. In this role he gained experience meeting the financial and estate planning needs of ultra-high net worth clients.
Bracchi obtained a number of degrees including a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from St. John's University in 2002, a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.), and an M.S. in Business Management and Leadership. After practicing law for several years, Bracchi held a number of management and executive roles with hospitals and health systems. Currently Bracchi also serves as an Arbitrator with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, and previously was an Arbitrator with the New York City Court – Small Claims Division.
