The performance is part of "A Time for Reflection a Message of Peace" a series of events that commemorate the centennial of the Armistice that ended World War I presented with leadership support from Colonel (IL) Jennifer N. Pritzker, IL ARNG (Retired), founder and chair, Pritzker Military Museum and Library, and CEO and president of TAWANI Enterprises, Inc.
Tenor Mario Rojas and baritone Christopher Kenney from Lyric Opera of Chicago's renowned Ryan Opera Center and pianist Shannon McGinnis are performing at Mayne Stage in the recital that reflects on the patriotism and adversity of World War I.
Tickets are also available for purchase at CSO.org and include a food and drink package. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. for a cocktail hour and the recital begins at 6:30 p.m.
