Conflict Management Training Services Provide Effective Tools for a Respectful and Safer Environment of Care
MILWAUKEE, Mar. 10, 2021 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Wisconsin Community Services (WCS) is proud to be working with Milwaukee-based Vistelar, LLC to help ensure its residential treatment environments remain respectful and safe year round. This partnership establishes Vistelar as the main conflict management consulting and training vendor for WCS, which serves those returning to the community after incarceration, individuals who live with chronic and persistent mental illness, those with alcohol and drug addictions, and other high risk youth and adults.
Recognizing the need to be proactive in order to keep its staff and clients safe, WCS entered into this partnership knowing that the consulting and training provided by Vistelar would help staff learn valuable skills to minimize the risk of conflict throughout all of their properties, while also following the training requirements needed for compliance.
