Wolfpack Publishing LLC announces new hires and promotions

Wolfpack Publishing LLC announced today that Jacob Bray has been hired on as Director of Subsidiary Rights where his focus will be on business development, foreign rights, and audio and film/tv development.

Bray holds a B.A. from California State University – Fullerton and an M.F.A. in Theatre Design from Brandeis University in Waltham, MA. He has spent the last decade in higher education and professional theatre specializing in lighting design and production management. After receiving an offer to join his, literal, wolfpack family, he just could not turn it down.

“Working with my son Jake is a dream come true,” says Wolfpack President and CEO, Mike Bray. “He inherited his mother’s brains and my work ethic; I have no doubt that he will excel in his new position with Wolfpack Publishing.”

Rachel Del Grosso has been promoted to Publisher from her role as Associate Publisher. In her new role, Del Grosso will implement policies, approve project acquisitions, and continue to oversee all departments within the company, including the editorial and production departments.

“Rachel has been instrumental in the growth of the company over the last six years,” says Mike Bray. “Let’s not forget that she published over 200 titles in 2020, making hundreds of daily decisions in regard to acquisitions, editing, designers, etc., and opened a new young-adult imprint, Wise Wolf Books, all while managing her rambunctious seven-year-old’s full-time distance learning.”

Del Grosso has worked for Wolfpack Publishing since March 2015, where she was hired on as Operations Manager. She is a Business Administration-Marketing graduate of Conestoga College in Ontario, Canada and resides in Las Vegas, NV.

About Wolfpack Publishing

Wolfpack Publishing was formed in 2013 to bring both established authors and new authors to the market. It has embraced the rise and opportunities created by online bookstores and their limitless, virtual bookshelves (primarily Amazon) which have not only fueled the growth of e-books but, have also eroded much of the pre-existing differences between front list and back list books, which are now side-by-side on today’s largest virtual bookshelves. Wolfpack is also home to the Christian imprint, CKN Christian Publishing, launched in 2018, and the teen/young-adult imprint, Wise Wolf Books, launched in late 2020.
