Leadership appointments support the company's growth and expansion of AI-native enterprise service solutions
CUPERTINO, Calif., Nov. 4, 2026 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Wolken Software, a leader in providing AI-native enterprise service solutions to global B2B companies, today announced that co-founder Sudhir Prabhu has been appointed to the role of President and Chief Strategy Officer, and Preetham H R will serve as the company's Chief Technology Officer and Chief Operating Officer. The appointments support the company's next phase of growth as it pursues its resolution-first enterprise service strategy. Rohan Joshi will continue as Chief Executive Officer and assume the additional role of Chairman.

He will work with the leadership team to align Wolken Software's technology direction with evolving customer needs and business priorities.

His career includes building software products from the ground up, managing large multidisciplinary teams and supporting enterprise implementations for Fortune 100 organizations.
