(PRWEB) July 28, 2015 -- Mindful Her, a unique women’s wellness and lifestyle event designed to inspire and empower women of all ages to take their healthy and mindful living practices to the next level, announced today an influential line-up of inspiring speakers, including Mallika Chopra, founder of Intent.com and author of Living with Intent as keynote. Global Girls, an Orange County based non-profit that works locally and globally to help girls become leaders in their communities will receive a portion of event proceeds. At Mindful Her, 300 women will partake in a variety of mindful living activities, including a group wake-up yoga class guided by Jessica Seabern, breakout sessions and workshops on a variety of mindful living topics, and a group guided meditation by Tawny Avonne. The day will end with an active wear fashion show, hosted by OC Style Report, and a “Healthy Happy Hour.”

“Our ultimate goal with Mindful Her is to bring women together in a casual and fun atmosphere to learn new methods to living healthy, mindful lives and to be exposed to other like-minded women and brands,” said Kelly Lam, co-founder and event emcee of Mindful Her and founder of The Whole Purpose.
“Kelly and I both share a passion for fitness, healthy eating, martini’s, and helping other women succeed, whether that’s in the workplace or in the home.
