The list rates companies algorithmically based on compensation data and employer benefits. Rank is determined by combining a company's score in each of these categories. The top 100 companies make the list, and this year WordStream ranked #54.
WordStream stands for more than just the work it's doing to help small to medium-sized businesses grow. In fact, Built In Boston named the company's top benefit its commitment to non-profit partners. Last year alone, WordStream donated school supplies and winter clothing to local partner David A.
