A former Big 4 Workday leader, Jill Jones will head CrossCountry’s Workday practice.

CrossCountry Consulting, a leading business advisory firm, today announced that long-established Workday veteran Jill Jones has joined the firm as Partner to lead their Workday practice. Ms. Jones specializes in the improvement and effectiveness of her clients’ Finance, Human Capital Management (HCM) and Analytics functions. Her history of developing value-added strategies and completing successful technology implementations will build upon CrossCountry’s existing deployment and post-production support services capabilities.

Over the past 15 years, Ms. Jones has worked with both leading organizations and the technologies that support them. She has experience in a wide array of practice areas, managing sales, alliance, and project teams across a number of industries. Her deep expertise in deploying Workday for large enterprise clients will complement CrossCountry’s strength in medium enterprise. As a Workday services partner, CrossCountry has developed a suite of services to both lead and support Workday Financial Management, Workday HCM, and Workday Professional Services Automation deployments. With expertise in cloud technologies that support the back office, CrossCountry provides technology deployment, advisory, and post-production support services to growth, mid-sized and large enterprise companies.
