Workshop to Focus on ‘Mindful’ Eating

Learn to be more aware of what you eat and why during the next “Healthy Eating for You: Eating Mindfulness” presentation.
Registered dietician and community educator Bridget Lackey will lead the informational discussion and answer questions from 12:30 to 2 p.m. Jan. 23 in the Youngstown Room at St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital, 1044 Belmont Ave.
