In this role, Gomez will be responsible for all delivery and support activities while building a strong infrastructure to support WorkStride’s continued rapid growth and commitment to excellent customer service.
Gomez has a legacy of leading high performing teams and driving key initiatives to improve the customer experience for both SMB and Fortune 500 clients. His vast customer success experience includes navigating complex implementations, building new service offerings, and improving operational models at high growth enterprise SaaS companies.

Prior to joining WorkStride, Sergio was the Vice President, Customer Success at Betterworks and held positions of increasing responsibility at Medallia and American Express. Sergio has his BS in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and his MBA from Stanford University.
