This year 40 students from 35 different nationalities united by an unbreakable community to solve gender inequality in a bold new way.

The Roger Hatchuel Academy is the most diverse program at the Cannes Lions School during the Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity from June 20-27. The program is a unique learning adventure to support students seeking an opportunity to explore the creative industry and kickstart their careers. This year the Academy moved from the french riviera into the students' homes in the virtual classroom.
