WPM Real Estate Management Appoints William Scott Severn as Business Development Coordinator

OWINGS MILLS, Md., Jan. 7, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- WPM Real Estate Management has named William Scott Severn as its Business Development Coordinator for the firm. In this role, Severn will support the company's ongoing growth and outreach in the community with a focus on expanding the breadth of the company's portfolio across all lines of business.

Severn joined WPM in 2015 as a leasing specialist and has earned multiple promotions since then, most recently to Property Manager. Prior to joining WPM, Severn served in the United States Marine Corps as a Data Network Specialist with Top Secret Clearance. During his time in the Marine Corps, Severn created and maintained SIPR and NIPR networks during combat operations in the Helmand Province of Afghanistan and conducted day-to-day service and support for Operation Enduring Freedom. He attributes his discipline and teamwork-oriented approach to his years in the Marine Corps.

Severn holds the National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) and Certified Property Manager (CPM) candidate designations and is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the National Apartment Association (NAA). He is an active member on WPM's Community Impact and Marketing & Training Committees. A Maryland native and graduate of the Community College of Baltimore County, Severn has lived in California, North Carolina, South Carolina and Afghanistan. He currently resides in Carney, MD.
