WRJ Design Yellowstone Club House Earns Cover of Homestead Magazine with Jackson Hole Interior Design Firm Praised for Curating Extraordinary Elements

JACKSON HOLE, Wyo., June 18, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- A rustic chic dining room from a spectacular Yellowstone Club, Montana, home with interiors by WRJ Design graces the cover of the much-anticipated 2019 Homestead magazine. The annual Jackson Hole, Wyoming, publication each year showcases the best of architecture, interiors and art from talented local firms. On the just-released edition's cover, a custom-made curved black walnut dining table mirrors the arc of the room's glass walls, at once demonstrating WRJ's attention to detail and ability to create dialogue with a home's architecture, as well as the effortless sophistication that the Jackson Hole-based interior design firm is known for.

Titled "From There to Here: the Sourcing Artistry of WRJ Design" the Homestead story deconstructs interior elements of the "spectacular 8,500-square-foot home" to illustrate how WRJ curates meaningful, story-filled pieces from around the world for homeowners. Upon entering the mountaintop Yellowstone Club home, visitors are met with 19th-century German roe deer antler mounts on the wall, inscribed with the year and location of the hunt. Beneath the mounts is a collection of German and Austrian bentwood, metal-tipped hiking canes adorned with painted metal badges, called stocknagels, that were once a way of commemorating local hikes with something unique to a town's heritage. And this is just the foyer.

Other design details from WRJ highlighted by Homestead in the exclusive Montana home range from the faux bois firewood bin and Van der Straeten handwrought bronze tumbleweed mirror over the fireplace in the living room to the 19th-century porcupine-quill box from Ceylon atop a Syrian mother-of-pearl inlaid chest in the hallway outside the master suite, along with subtle texture and tone details in fabrics from Loro Piana and pieces from Holly Hunt.
