Y Scouts Adds Aaron Bare and Tasha Hock To Growing Team
Scottsdale, Arizona (PRWEB) February 14, 2018 -- Y Scouts continues to grow and is proud to welcome Aaron Bare as the newest addition to their staff. Aaron Bare will take over the duties as Vice President, Strategy and Innovation overseeing product development, growth, sales, marketing and innovation. Tasha Hock also joins the company as Leadership Search Director, assisting in the efforts to find and fill purpose-based and performance-proven leadership projects for Y Scouts’ expanding client base.
Aaron Bare joins Y Scouts with 20+ years’ experience in Human Capital, most recently as Chief Innovation Officer at Purposely, a company that Bare founded in 2012 and sold in 2015, yet continued to work there until 2017. Bare has experience as Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Arizona State University and Thunderbird School of Global Management, having created and sold 12 companies in his career. Before that, Bare spent time at Accenture as a management consultant and the Vanguard Group as a flagship registered representative.
Tasha Hock’s addition to the team helps expand Y Scouts’ reach into the midwest. Hock resides outside of the Minneapolis/St. Paul area and will be focusing her efforts on identifying and aligning purpose-based and performance-proven leaders within the growing Y Scouts’ client base. Hock comes with more than 20 years of leadership and talent management experience at McKinsey & Company, Thrivent Financial, and, most recently, Cargill.
