Yello Appoints New Executive Team Members to Support Continued Growth

The recruiting technology company added executives in product, marketing and operations

Yello, the leader in early talent acquisition and recruiting scheduling software, today announced key new additions to its leadership team. Maureen Polte and Kathy Sharo joined Yello as Vice President of Product and Vice President of Marketing, respectively. Rick Glickman will serve as the new Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer.

In joining Yello as the VP of Product, Polte assumes responsibility for expanding Yello’s product strategy. As a senior level software product strategist with over 25 years of experience, she brings an extensive track record of results through successful product launches and go-to-market plans for subscription-based, SaaS models and traditional software. Her proven expertise includes product management, product development and broad experience in sales, marketing, business development and M&A. Polte recently served as Vice President, Commercial Product Management and Product Marketing for Kofax and has held product leadership roles at Flexera and Everspring.

As VP of Marketing, Sharo leads all go-to-market strategies for Yello, working closely with the sales and product teams to increase brand awareness, generate leads and develop thought leadership. With over 25 plus years of experience in business-to-business technology marketing, Sharo recently served as VP of Marketing for WorkWell Prevention & Care and founded Web Words Matter, a marketing consulting firm serving SilkRoad, Kofax, Sphera and other technology companies. Her prior roles include marketing leadership positions with Macrovision Corporation (now Flexera), Follett Software and Computer Associates.

The company’s new CFO & COO, Rick Glickman, is a seasoned financial executive with over 25 years of experience managing finance and operational teams, with experience in areas such as directing turnarounds, improving cash flow and profitability as well as M&A. Prior to joining Yello, Glickman provided operational and financial efficiency services through Glickman Advisory to clients in the technology, services and digital media industries. His previous financial and operational leadership roles include positions with Magnetic Media Online, Operative Media, Teliris, EYP Mission Critical Facilities and the DMR Consulting Group as CFO of its $500 million U.S. division. Rick began his career and spent 5 years with KPMG before moving on to the private sector.
