"I firmly look at this as a long-term relationship. We have many different things that we expect to be doing with ServiceNow and Pathways is going to be a big part of it.

Pathways Consulting Group, an Elite ServiceNow partner, recently finished a large ServiceNow project with Yorktel, which included standing up and configuring the Asset, Contract, Facilities, Incident and Knowledge Management applications along with multiple Service Catalog items and an end-user facing Service Portal.

"We whiteboarded some sessions, looking at the flowcharts and understanding what our needs were," said Yorktel's COO, Mike Brandofino. "We needed to really change the engine of our service organization to be able to adapt to the changes in our business."

"We wanted to make sure that we had a vendor that really understood our challenges and what we needed to do. I think the effort that Pathways takes in understanding what we're doing," Brandofino continued. "And, as we started kicking off the project, the level of professionalism was really important. I felt Pathways had a combination of all of those things."
