In this vital role, Harris will lead the company’s outreach and community engagement with corporate ediscovery professionals.

The honor of Distinguished Fellow is in recognition of Harris’s exceptional and sustained achievements, leadership, and community building within the electronic discovery community. Since its founding, Zapproved has remained steadfast in its commitment to furthering best practices and elevating the skills of corporate legal teams. Harris has been at the forefront of this effort, serving as chair for such events as PREX, the leading in-house ediscovery conference, and being a frequent author and speaker on ediscovery. He is an active member of The Sedona Conference working groups, was recently appointed to the EDRM Advisory Council, and is an Adjunct Professor at Lewis & Clark Law School. Harris serves in an executive leadership role for new company business initiatives, and provides insight and guidance on the future of ediscovery.

-Providing leadership and insight on the future of ediscovery in order to anticipate changes and predict how the legal community must evolve its people, process, legal standards, and technology
