University of Nebraska
In 2010, the University of Ohio Board of Regents approved a huge expansion for the University’s stadium. The expansion increased the seating capacity to over 87,000, and the creation of a state of the arts athletics research facility. The engineers of Zari Consulting Group were able to advise the University of Nebraska on building codes and provided smoke control system special inspection services.
10h and Market
Located on the corner of 10th and Market Streets, and adjacent to the San Francisco Civic Center district, 10th and Market is a residential rental complex that provides over 700 residential units. Zari Consulting Group inspected the smoke control system and provided building code consulting to ensure that every new resident could have peace of mind and safety.
First Wind Energy
As a two phase project, First Wind is a 51 MW wind project created to support and enhance the goals of the Hawai’i Clean Energy Initiative. This was the beginning of a goal to supply over 70% of Hawai’i’s power from clean energy sources by 2030. Zari Consulting Group used innovative techniques to implement Fire Alarm Aspiration Sensing Technology design, fire modeling, clean agency system design, and fire code consulting.
