Zelite Limited Announce the Expansion of their Kitchen Knife Manufacturing Facilities in Order to Keep up with Demand

The design of the Zelite Infinity knives were primarily driven by the market wanting a solution to overcome the trade off between sharpness-edge retention vs. stain-rust resistance.
