Zenoti Welcomes Senior Executives as Organization Continues Rapid Growth

The company has appointed Srinivas Chandrasekar as Chief Operating Officer, based out of Hyderabad. In this role, Chandrasekar will be the end to end owner for all of product, services, support, and adoption teams in the company. A veteran SaaS executive with previous experience at Aztecsoft and SumTotal, Chandrasekar joins Zenoti after a successful 17 year career at Microsoft, where he was responsible for leading global services on Azure in the company's India Development Center in Hyderabad.

In addition to Chandrasekar, the company is also pleased to welcome Rohit Agarwal as the company's first Senior Vice President of Finance and Business Development. In this role, Agarwal will be responsible for leading and building the company's growing finance function, as well as leading merger and acquisition initiatives. Agarwal has rich investment banking experience with both early-stage start-up software companies and enterprise organizations across the globe. Before joining Zenoti, Agarwal led the software coverage at Avendus Capital where he was a Director, Digital & Technology Investment Banking. Prior to Avendus, he was Director, Technology Investment Banking at UBS and a Vice President, Technology M&A Investment Banking at Credit Suisse with specific focus on software companies.
