Zero-G and DTE have formed a new partnership to launch The Zero-G Executive Leadership Experience, an executive training program debuting in late 2024.
EXPLORATION PARK, Fla., Nov. 7, 2024 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Zero-G CEO, Kevin Sproge and Designing Transformative Experiences (DTE) Founder, Dr. Brad McLain announced today the launch of an executive training partnership with flights beginning in the 4th quarter of 2024.
The program, called The Zero-G Executive Leadership Experience, is based on Dr. McLain's groundbreaking research into the psychology of transformative experiences. The program features online and classroom-based skill-building sessions that introduce the psychological framework for Experience Design Leadership.
The participants will have the capstone experience of a Zero-G flight as a powerful model of Experience Design Leadership, including all training and preparation. Finally, the participants will learn how to transfer their new leadership skills to their work and life beyond.
In discussing why he selected Zero-G for his leadership training, Dr. McLain said," Zero-G allows us to put executives into a truly unique environment that they have never experienced before.
