The Boston Society of Architects recognized architectural firm, ZeroEnergy Design, with a Sustainable Design Award for the Lincoln Net Positive Farmhouse project, a USGBC LEED Platinum certified green home that produces 67% more energy than it consumes.

The BSA Design Awards Gala is the design community's highest celebration of great design and those who create it.
The winning project is a farmhouse style, all-electric home that consumes 70% less energy than a code-built house and produces 67% more energy than it consumes annually, making it 'net positive'.
The BSA judging panel stated the "Lincoln Net Positive Farmhouse is an excellent example of what a new single family dwelling could – and should – look like, addressing food production and resiliency while delivering great metrics."
