The organization welcomes Ryan Hunter as Vice President of Operations, Andre Minnaar as Vice President of Quality & Regulatory, and Matt Dubow as Vice President of eCommerce, overseeing Zesty Paws and other brands under the H&H Group's North America division.
Bringing more than 25 years of experience in the CPG industry, Hunter will develop and implement facets of supply chain and business technology in the North America region, ensuring the incorporation of operations and cost-effective systems to supply domestic and international customers. Hunter previously worked with Tailored Pet Nutrition, The J.M. Smucker Company, and Ainsworth Pet Nutrition.
Minnaar brings innovation and expertise to the role of vice president of Quality and Regulatory, previously working with Champion Petfoods as the director of food safety and the director of certification and compliance. Minnaar will support quality oversight and regulatory management, as well as international product registrations.
A digital disruptor driven by the intersection of consumers, brands, and technology, Dubow joins the team with over a decade of experience in CPG. He previously worked with Reckitt Benckiser and at eCommerce accelerator Packable as vice president of Digitally Native Brands. As a pet parent to two rescue dogs, he is excited to jump into the pet industry and contribute to the company's success.
