A customer first, Ragsdale's initial encounter with Ziggi's Coffee left her wanting more. After having what she says was a superior quality product, Ragsdale couldn't keep the discovery of her new favorite coffee shop to herself, quickly recruiting her family to experience it for themselves. With her husband, mother, and step-father on-board, they decided together to pursue Ziggi's as a business opportunity.
