ZOM will deliver Mezzo's first units in Q3 2021, with pre-leasing starting in Summer 2021. ZRS Management, LLC has been retained to provide leasing and property management services. Construction financing was provided by Synovus Bank. Stanford Construction is the general contractor, and JHP is the architectural firm for the project. Later this year, ZOM Living will deliver the first units at Atelier, a 41-story high rise in the heart of the Dallas Arts District. Earlier this year, ZOM also completed Kinstead, a 376 unit, Class A garden style project on Highway 121 in the heart of McKinney's high growth corridor.
