The presentation’s main title was: “The Power of Gems Across European Royal Courts and The Fabled Jewels of the Savoy Queens of Italy: The Fascinating Reminiscences of H.R.H. Prince Dimitri of Yugoslavia and The Inspiration of Ancestral Gems on Jewels of His Own Design.”

    Savoy Foundation Presents Grant to The New York Foundling’s Program For Children With Developmental DisabilitiesMay 05, 2021On April 28, 2021, the American Foundation of Savoy Orders presented a $75,000 grant to The New York Foundling’s habilitation programs for children with developmental disabilities from contributions raised from its fundraising campaign, which began with the Savoy Foundation’s first-ever virtual charity broadcast in December 12, 2020. The virtual event, hosted on its newly launched YouTube channel, continued to generate donations from members and friends of the American Delegation of Savoy Orders through March 2021. Over 500 Savoy Orders members and guests tuned in to view the elegant video presentation, which captured the essence of past Savoy Ball events and highlighted the historic mission of the Savoy Orders.

The evening will present a video presentation highlighting the Foundation’s work and past in-person galas. The prime charitable beneficiary will be The New York Foundling’s Community Habilitation Services for Children with Developmental Disabilities in keeping with the Foundation's mission - Chivalry For Children's Causes.

    Savoy Foundation’s Third Annual Notte di Savoia Los Angeles Spring Gala Re-Launched as a Virtual Giving Event to Benefit Caterina’s Club Feeding 5,000 Homeless ChildrenApril 29, 2020In response to the devastating impact of COVID-19, the American Foundation of Savoy Orders is re-launching its West Coast spring charity gala - the Third Annual Notte di Savoia Los Angeles- previously scheduled for April 4, 2020 at the Montage Resort in Beverly Hills, into a virtual fundraising event. The event's charitable beneficiary, Caterina’s Club, continues to feed over 5,000 fresh pasta dinners to homeless and motel children daily. Caterina's Club is led by Chef Bruno Serato, a Savoy Cavaliere, and has also kept helping families move from their cars and hotel rooms to apartments and changing their lives. The online giving event begins now and runs through May 11, 2020.
