Boulder, Colorado (PRWEB) April 18, 2017 -- Supply chain technology leader, 10-4 Systems today announces the completion of an integration between JDA Software’s industry-leading Transportation Management System (TMS) and 10-4’s real-time visibility technology (Freight Portal). The project cements the strategic partnership between JDA and 10-4 and their mutual commitment to customer excellence by providing single-source visibility that allows shippers to manage exceptions for in-transit shipments and view carrier partner analytics.

The integration involves 10-4 technology consuming shipment level information from JDA Transportation Management and marrying that with carrier tracking data, which generates real-time access to critical shipment data like ETA calculations, dwell time, arrivals, departures, and risk assessment. The analytics can be accessed internally and shared externally with customers – providing an end-to-end experience that brings those customers into the supply chain.
