10% of the UK’s largest e-retailers deploy Qubit’s customer experience management platform
London (PRWEB UK) 22 January 2014 -- Customers of Qubit, the customer experience management platform, make up 10% of the UK e-retailers listed in Internet Retailer’s 2013 Europe 500 list. The list features 159 of the largest online retailers in the UK, with Qubit’s customers taking 16 places.
Overall, the study reveals that the 500 leading online retailers in Europe grew their web sales last year by 17% to $123 billion, claiming 40% of the European e-retail market. Their success can be attributed to a digital strategy which focuses on delivering a more personalised online experience for the customer.
Qubit’s clients, including major retailers Arcadia, LK Bennett and John Lewis, have been able to collectively increase conversion rates by using Qubit’s discover and deliver platform to create a personalised experience. The platform enables ecommerce sites to collect vast quantities of data about a user’s interactions with their website. This data is then analysed to help the marketing teams identify patterns of behaviour so that the team can drive website changes in real-time in order to create a more personalised, targeted experience for the user.
For example, if a customer seems to be browsing aimlessly on Farfetch.com their behaviour tells us that they may not understand how to order from multiple boutiques. To engage this customer before they leave the website, a personalised message layer is served directing them to the website’s FAQ page. Here, the customer can learn about the brand, their customer promise and in turn feel more confident about making a purchase. With this solution, these types of customer convert 17% more often.
By delivering relevant content to their visitors, based on detailed, accurate insights, a brand can expect to boost conversion rates by an average of 20%. Qubit’s suite of products bring together visitor analytics, tag management, AB testing and personalisation within a single integrated platform. This allows marketers to optimise and test websites in real time, without the need for specialist IT resource, helping to drive rapid and sustained ROI.
Graham Cooke, CEO for Qubit, said: “As a company we’re pleased that our UK clients have been recognised as being some of Europe’s leading online retailers. It’s also clear that in order to be successful online, knowing how your visitors are interacting with your website so that you can make intelligent, informed decisions about the content you provide to them is crucial for increasing conversions and in turn revenue.”

About Qubit
Qubit is a big data customer experience management (CXM) platform. Its technology helps the twenty-first century marketer create personalised website experiences to drive enhanced conversion rates.
Qubit’s products collect huge amounts of information about users’ interactions with a website and analyse this to identify patterns of behaviour. They then use this understanding to deliver live personalisation, driving improved conversion rates and increased customer satisfaction.
The company’s suite of products brings together visitor analytics, tag management, AB testing and personalisation within a single integrated platform. This allows marketers to optimise and test websites in real time, without the need for specialist IT resource, helping to drive rapid and sustained ROI.
Founded in 2010 by four ex-Googlers, Qubit is headquartered in London with offices in New York. Qubit works with some of the world’s leading ecommerce businesses, including Topshop, Staples, John Lewis, Farfetch and Harveys Furniture. The company received $7.5 million funding from Balderton Capital in December 2012.
Qubit enables online marketers to:
• Integrate with ease – Qubit consolidates many disparate technologies, plugging into a site via a single line of JavaScript and our Universal Variable data model; this one time integration creates a lifetime foundation for data collection and targeting.
• Test with confidence- Qubit combines quantitative and qualitative data to predict visitor behaviour and target high value user segments; this helps site owners prioritise how they optimise.
• Remove IT barriers – Qubit has a hands on interface that lets marketers and ecommerce professionals discover insights and deliver personalisations without hassling the IT team; this puts marketers in control and means they never have to miss a marketing opportunity.
• Deliver ongoing ROI - Qubit is a low risk, cost effective and transparent solution that rigorously measures any change you make to a site, from A/B tests to live personalisations; this means site owners can trust their results and constantly justify investment.
