126 Room Boutique Hotel to Join Premier Mixed-Use Destination in Raleigh
RALEIGH, N.C. (PRWEB) December 14, 2017 -- Ground breaking ceremonies were held for the One Glenwood development project which will include Origin Hotel.

The boutique hotel brand, Origin, exudes an experience-driven lifestyle with a passion for local culture. Each property has an individual spirit, and all are focused on connections between staff and guests. Upon completion, the 126-room hotel will include retail, a communal lobby complete with a full restaurant and bar, as well as meeting space. The interior décor of the hotel will celebrate Raleigh’s vibrant communities, and its modern-day feel.
Scheduled to open 2019, Origin Raleigh is the third hotel in this new brand. The first hotel, Origin Red Rocks, is located in Golden, Colorado and scheduled to open Summer 2018. The property will be managed by the Boutique + Lifestyle division of Louisville based Schulte Hospitality Group, a division of Schulte Companies.
