1% for the Planet Travels to Chile
(PRWEB) October 23, 2013 -- On October 26th, Terry Kellogg, CEO of 1% for the Planet, will speak at the International Festival of Social Innovation (FIIS 2013) in Santiago, Chile. FIIS was created to celebrate those who are changing the world via high-impact innovative solutions. The conference, kicking off on October 23rd, will feature speakers from all around the world, focusing on innovation, sustainability, and entrepreneurship.
Kellogg’s talk will be part of the “Sunset Speech”, which starts at 2 p.m. on Saturday, October 26th. The event will run until 10 p.m. that evening, featuring musical artists Kevin Johansen and Peter Stone, as well as speakers such as Jimmy Wales, founder of Wikipedia. Kellogg will speak about the 1% for the Planet movement, its recently celebrated 10th anniversary, and the positive and widespread impact 1% of sales can make. Kellogg says he’s honored to take part in such a unique event.
