John also previously served as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President for the second largest independent retail mortgage bank in the United States. He oversaw all procedures and maintained full profit and loss responsibility, including three corporate divisions and a total of over 2,500 employees. During his tenure, mortgage originations grew from $1 Billion to over $14 Billion annually.
