Six Red Marbles Hires Cary Drake as Vice President of Business Development
Boston, Mass. (PRWEB) January 05, 2015 -- Six Red Marbles today announced that Cary Drake joins the company’s growing sales team as Vice President of Business Development.
“Cary has a solid track record of building relationships and growing accounts in educational publishing services—particularly in the K–12 space,” said Bob Fogel, CEO of Six Red Marbles. “He will help Six Red Marbles continue to transform the market dynamic from the typical vendor–client relationship to true collaborative partnerships.”
For two decades, Six Red Marbles has been a leader in producing blended learning materials, interactive educational tools and online courses for e-learning companies, educational publishers, schools and nonprofit organizations, with the goal of helping learners succeed.
“We are in a truly transformational time in educational publishing,” Drake said. “The requirements of successful learning materials have changed exponentially with an expectation that they are available any time, any place, on any device and any format; and Six Red Marbles is ideally positioned to deliver to these new standards.”
Drake joins Six Red Marbles from print and digital publisher MPS North America (formerly Element-Thomson), where he served as vice president of sales and marketing. Prior to that, he was senior account representative for RR Donnelley-Anthology, a leading pre-media solutions provider in the educational publishing marketplace, where his accomplishments earned him the accolade “Salesman of the Year” three times.
Drake starts at Six Red Marbles on January 5, 2015 and will report to Senior Vice President for Business Development John Kenney.
