This newly-released model offers the same standard features that DMS clients have routinely used on materials such as composites, aluminum, steel, plastics, wood and foams. The D3 3-Axis Moving Bridge CNC Machine Center features a stationary table design with various customization options and includes a one year limited warranty.
The 2014 model has added structural enhancements for increased rigidity and stability. The addition of the stand-alone operator control station with a Fagor Servo Drive System with Absolute Encoders, has resulted in a more efficient machine footprint. Now with the option of a traveling carousel for increased tool capacity, the system is also capable of machining pass-through parts.
The new retractable dust hood, protective covered tool carousel and integrated hard bellow designs gives even greater durability to an already reliable machine.

Standard Features include a Fagor 8037 Controller, Fagor Servo Drive System with Absolute Encoders on All Axes, 2-Year Warranty on all Fagor Components, 220 Volt / 3 Phase Power, and a 6 Zone Vacuum Table.
Optional Features include additional controller upgrades, spindle options from 3 HP - 12 HP, multiple table configurations, Automatic Lubrication System, 8 Position Automatic Tool Changer Tool Rack, 12 Position Automatic Tool Changer Traveling Tool Carousel, and 15” Z Stroke.
