Swan Island Networks, a leading Situation Awareness provider, and Allied Universal, the largest security and facility services company in North America, are partnering to deliver next-generation threat monitoring capabilities to Allied Universal’s customers. This partnership incorporates TX360 into Allied Universal’s Monitoring and Response Center (MaRC). Based in Richardson, Tex., the service will serve as a primary platform in Allied Universal’s Global Security Operations Center as a Service (GSOCaaS) capability.

“TX360 is an integral part of Allied Universal’s GSOC as a Service platform. Recent disasters have underscored the importance of forward-looking situational awareness and threat intelligence as a risk mitigation solution to enhance response. This can save lives and property,” said Ty Richmond, President, Allied Universal Integrated Security Solutions and Technology. “Supported by Allied Universal’s professional analysts, TX360 will bring a next generation capability to the entire range of our customers.”

TX360 helps security and operations teams identify, prioritize, and respond to the most critical emerging risks and threats with a full suite of cloud-based situational intelligence management tools. Featuring over 1000 Intelligence Channels, and the ability to create new Channels from a variety of web, internal and social media sources, TX360 offers a powerful engine for delivering highly targeted intelligence to clients through Dashboards and Smart Alerts. Proximity alerting for geolocated assets is also enabled.

“SAAS platforms provide security, scalability, redundancy, and enable a distributed approach to the real-time processing of threat information,” said Pete O’Dell, CEO of Swan Island Networks. “TX360 is easy to deploy and use; and its Microsoft Azure environment makes it highly reliable and scalable worldwide.”

The TX360 platform provides real-time support for crisis events, as well as day-to-day value, enabling corporate security and operations teams to:

  • Speed up response to threats via proactive, continuous threat monitoring.
  • Streamline operations and cover more ground through aggregation and filtering of multiple information sources.
  • Deliver world-class situational awareness and threat monitoring capabilities to clients – in hours, not weeks or months.

With over a decade of experience in delivering security intelligence to global intelligence and security teams, Swan Island Networks has long been at the forefront of innovating affordable, scalable, cloud-based, rapidly deployed intelligence tools. TX360 offers 1000+ pre-built Channels, and a variety of templates for building new, custom Channels from news, internal sources, propriety sources and social media. The platform enables a host of options for filtering and visualizing data streams – ensuring that clients can view and receive just the data they want, whether through text and email alerts, or on Dashboards with multiple layers of geospatial content.

As an easy to use, highly scalable solution, TX360 can be configured to fit the needs of any size organization, from a small business needing proximity alerting around a single locale or Asset – to a multi-national enterprise with locations around the world, needing global alerting, brand monitoring and surge response resources. Now integrated into Allied Universal’s GSOC service, TX360 combines real-time monitoring by both smart machine systems and human analysts, as part of a single powerful service.

The TX360 platform also powers the NYU/INTERCEP’s Metropolitan Resilience Network (MRN), a public/private alliance championed by the Port Authority of New York/New Jersey, delivering situational awareness to hundreds of organizations across the NY Metro Region.
